What is a Notary Public?

A Notary Public is a person of required honesty, credibility, truthfulness, and integrity appointed by the Secretary of State. A Notary's primary function is to authenticate the identity of a signer and serve as an impartial witness to a transaction.

Notarization is the official fraud-deterrent process that assures the parties involved that the document is authentic and can be trusted.

My services as a Notary Public will verify that the signatures are genuine and that the signer acted without intimidation or duress, and intended the terms of the document to be in full force.
